18 point inspection and tune up, 2 per year (you get a itemized report of the items inspected, adjusted or cleaned)

Plans are subject to the following: All plans are subject to management approval. Plans are limited to residential type equipment, located at single family residences. Water access to system(s) is required. Plans apply only to single systems, each system in a home would require an individual plan. Please inform office personel of plan participation when calling for service. Scheduling reminders (email, text or phone) are sent every 6 months (subject to plan start date). It is the responsibility of the plan participate to contact the office for scheduling. Plan price, options and terms subject to change at renewal. Non-payment of plan fees will result in cancellation of plan with upaid fees due per terms. Terms of plan: One year contract, you may cancel at any time after the first six months with no additional charges. Plans not available in all service areas. Plan pricing may not be available in all service areas. **Important: Gold plans: Diagnostic fee is waived with completed repair invoice.
